I mean, she is a celebrity after all, and as far as I know, these celebrities have to maintain a gentle and refined persona in front of the public. She ruined herself for nothing.” I smiled while listening to my sister-in-law, Juliette’s, grumbling about Nancy.
“I don’t care if she is ruined or not, Jule. She targeted me when I have no connection with her or anyone related to her. The police chief, Thomas Webber, told me that I resembled Mr. Lombart’s missing wife, and Nancy is his ex-girlfriend.
