It was the wedding tomorrow, everything was planned and set, so all we needed to do was survive until tomorrow.
However, Cane had been bugging me all day, he wanted to see Aella and the baby for himself, but I didn’t want him to.
He could have accidentally hurt her and the baby, and while I knew he loved her, he was more wolf than human and his instincts could become very feral and strong.
"Hey angel, what are you doing today?" I asked gently as Aella came out of the bathroom, still in her pajamas and hair up in a messy bun.
