Night turns into nightmares

As it was usual ,after dinner her only responsibility was to wash the utensils. Reluctantly she
went to the kitchen. Although all the members were enjoying the TV but as it was her work she
had to go alone there .She was surprised to see the girl who came at night with two other
persons there. All three of them were sitting on the shelf of the kitchen and they were laughing
and talking with each other as if it was their house and nothing was unusual to be there.
Lavanya didn't dare to go to the kitchen . To remember the last Knight episode where she was
tortured by the girl and now they were three. They were laughing and staring at her.
She Noticed their clothes were not usual one The men were wearing dhoti and kurta and they
looked aged, on the other hand, the girl was wearing a saree of pink colour. She had long hair.
She was not a Horrible Ghost like figure, actually an innocent looking girl but her actions were
not similar to her looks. She when it was Lavanya and told others as if she was saying she is
the girl.
Lavanya turned back to go to the living room Where the whole family was but the girl called her
name and ordered her to stop. It was really unusual that she could understand and listen to
everything the girl was saying. Doctors had declared that due to jaundice at the earliest stage of
her life she had lost 80% of hearing ability. Whenever she tried to communicate with someone
Ether they started shouting at her or day used body language and Science to communicate with
her but this was strange.
Instead of following the girl's order ,Lavanya ran towards the living room.A Movie based on
friendship between three friends was telecast on TV. When she came back her mother asked by
sign if she had washed the utensils.
" No !!They will hurt me, " She told her in a stammering voice.
"Who is there to hurt you?" Listen, don't show this tantrum to me, just go and finish your work.
It's 9:30. You know we have to wake up early in the morning."
"They ……...three . She said with tears in her eyes .She couldn't explain anything else .
"Okay let's go and show me who is there you know you can't go like this you can't avoid your
work like this you have to do" the mother went to the kitchen with her"
They all were there in the kitchen. She could see them but her mother was reacting as if there
was none. But they were there to see how she could do the work in their presence. She left the
kitchen crying bitterly and didn't come back. She requested her mother that she should be
allowed to sleep with her but all in vain.
She could hear her mother shouting back but she didn't care about it. She just went into her
room and covered herself with the blanket properly so that it could be a cover protection shield
for her. Soon she slept.
It was about 11:50 P.M. when she heard some disturbing voices. Someone was crying and
moaning near her bed .Sweat ran all over her body. She covered herself under the blanket and
closed her eyes tightly. The header she tried to avoid the voice, the closer it came . She had to
leave her bed and looked towards the voice .The same girl was there Looking down ,crying and
moaning.
Why was she crying ?
Lavanya touched her shoulders and was horrified as her hand touched the ground. The girl was
there but couldn't be touched or felt .The girl looked up and giggled at her. Her eyes were red
.Suddenly she started spinning her head. Lavanya cried and shouted in fear. Her voice was loud
enough to make others come into her room . She clinched her mother's hand .For the first time,
her mother realised that it was something else than a girl's tantrum and drama to avoid study
and chores.
She lay near her mother, in her bed .She could feel her mother's hand on her head. She felt
safe .This was the first time when she felt her mother's love . They started talking . She tried to
explain everything to her but could speak only a few words "girl ...cry ….voice…...push ….laugh
" and the mother thought " just a bad dream ….a nightmare . "
