Our interactions became more frequent, and though we hadn't completely resumed our previous conversations, there was an undeniable undercurrent of affection that lingered whenever we were together. One evening, I found myself at a campus event, lost in the midst of a lively crowd. The atmosphere was electric, and the energy was contagious as students mingled and danced to the music. As I moved through the crowd, I caught a glimpse of Ashwin across the room. He was engrossed in a conversation, his animated gestures reflecting his passion for the subject at hand.
