"Ready?"
My smile widened as Carter shoved the last bag into the carriage and looked at me. Jayden had just been placed back into the seat, and I was ready to jump in after him. I had conceded to waiting another day. Everybody had already said their goodbyes, and as hard as they were, everyone was as excited as we were.
"Ready?" he repeated the question, his eyes glowing as they found mine.
I slid into the carriage and looked back out at the castle. Carter hopped in after me and pulled the door shut. I nodded my head after a moment and waited for Carter to signal the driver to move forwards. There was no more room for indecisiveness and hesitation. I had been blessed with everything I had wanted; Crosston, Jayden, and Carter.
