"Huh? We only saw each other for a while. What are you talking about?” I laughed so he just kept his serious eyes on me.
"No. I already know about you. You stole something from me years ago," he said so my lips slowly parted before looking at him. My face immediately reddened and was slightly embarrassed. Of course, I have this saying that I should pickpocket those rich that I don't know but never those who know my face.
Because of that, I was a little nervous that someone might suddenly recognize me among the people I robbed here.
"What? I'm sorry. What did I take from you? I'll compensate," I said, laughing awkwardly. He smiled at me slightly before shrugging.
"No need. Just refrain from going my way. It will be hard for me to move on now that I know you're married,"
