Mate This Isn't The End

Episode # 3

Episode#3:-

Asher reached towards the pack-house in no time, as it was the night-time that’s why nobody was around. He took Skylar towards his room, followed by Blake and Justin.

“Where the hell is this doctor?” Asher growled in frustration, as Skylar’s body temperature was getting cold.

“He is on the way to Alpha,” Blake replied in a calm tone. Because Asher’s anger was such a thing, with which nobody wants to introduce ever. He is not any heartless alpha or angry type alpha, but whenever he gets angry, nobody can control him, not even his parents. Because, that time, his anger is the combination of both his and Alex.

Asher was rubbing Skylar’s hands to make them warm; Alex was roaming in Asher’s mind restlessly. While Justin and Blake were watching Asher with worried expressions, because they have seen him as a composed person always, but today his state was very vulnerable.

Suddenly the door of Asher’s room opened, the doctor came in, and without wasting a second, he checked Skylar. Asher felt anger building inside him when he saw the doctor checking his mate.

However, he controlled himself, as it was not a time to act like a jerk. Blake and Justin left the room when the doctor entered.

“What happened to her?” Asher asked the doctor, being impatient.

“Alpha, she is weak, mal-nutrition, and she has many wounds marks on her body. 

I think she sometimes before only got beaten by something as she has many fresh marks on her body which are still bleeding.”

Asher used his full will power to control Alex, who was trying hard to come out.

“When will she wake up?” Asher asked in an impatient tone when he saw the doctor treating his mate’s wounds.

“Alpha, I’ve given her an injection. Till tomorrow she will be awake, and give her some food before the medicines,” the doctor said to Asher.

“Okay, I’ll make sure of it,” Asher said, and the doctor left from there.

Asher came towards Skylar and sat down beside her who was now sleeping peacefully. Her face was having belt marks, which now turned purple or blue. He traced his finger on her face softly.

“Dad, I need you,” Asher mind linked his dad. 

“What happened, son?” His father asked immediately.

“Can you please come to my room now?” He asked again.

“Give me a few minutes,” his dad replied. His parents’ lives in a separate house near the pack-house. 

“What happened, Son?” His dad asked while entering the room, but stopped on his track when he found one girl in his bed, and Asher sitting beside her in a broken state.

Former alpha named Liam becomes worried on seeing his son like this, and within a second he was in front of him. He was looking towards his, and Skylar’s intertwined hands.

“She is my mate dad,” Asher said in a whisper.

Liam becomes shocked on listening to this. He with a jerk, turns towards Skylar and then towards Asher.

“But Asher, how is this possible? She is a human, and we read that the elemental wolf will only get a werewolf as his/her mate.”

“She is a werewolf dad,” Asher said while gazing Skylar.

“What?” Liam asked, being shocked again. “I can’t smell her wolf,” Liam said in confusion.

“Her wolf is hiding, I don’t know why she is hiding, but when I picked her up from the forest, I immediately felt her wolf. Maybe, as I’m her mate, that’s why I’m able to smell her wolf,” Asher told his dad.

“Strange, I’ve never heard about this thing ever before,” Liam said in an amused tone.

“Son, why don’t you read her memories?” His dad said. 

“I’m afraid! Dad, what if I came to know about something which I can’t able to handle? The doctor told me she is having marks of beating on her body.” Asher said in a broken voice.

Liam put a hand on Asher’s shoulder and presses it a little. “Son, you have no other choice, the way you told me that about her wolf. It means that she doesn’t know that she is a werewolf, and we can’t waste time like that.” 

Asher while taking a deep sigh nodes his head, and turn towards Skylar who was unaware of what’s going on around her as she was sleeping peacefully. Asher took his hand towards her forehead, but he was feeling nervous.

Liam saw his son’s state, that’s why he put the hand again on his shoulder. On getting his father’s support, Asher kept the hand, on Skylar’s forehead.

Asher’s POV:-

When I put my hand on my mate’s forehead first, it was all black. I tried to reach her memories, but all I met was only with darkness. I thought maybe I can’t read her memory, that’s why I thought to take my hand off, but suddenly a light blinks.

And after that, I saw entire memories of hers from her birth to till date. There was only pain in her memories; I can’t able to take it anymore, that’s why I took my hand off from her forehead.

Third person’s POV

Asher was panting; Liam was watching him with worried expressions. Asher’s full body was sweating badly, and he was taking deep breaths to calm himself down.

“Asher, what happened?” Liam Asked.

Asher looks towards his dad, and Liam becomes shocked after seeing his eyes red with having tears in them. He never saw his son in such an awful state. 

“Asher, what happened?” Liam asked again.

“Dad,” Asher choked and without wasting a second, he hugged his dad tightly, and starts crying like a child in his dad’s arms.

Liam was getting worried second by second; he broke the hug forcefully and asked Asher in a stern tone to tell him what happened.

Asher stares at his father for some time, and then he just put his forefinger on his father’s forehead. (Asher also possesses the power to show others about his memories if he wants to show them.)

Liam saw the flashback of Skylar’s memory, which Asher saw, and he becomes shocked after watching it.

“Skylar is also the elemental wolf from the generation of other Alpha whom Moon Goddess blessed with our forefather,” Liam said in a whisper, being shocked.

 Asher just nodded his head, as he can’t able to speak anything after getting to know about his mate’s pain. Asher could only see her pain and the thing she is from the 2nd Alpha’s generation. While all the other things in her memories like who is her adopted parents, etc. were invisible.

(The Alpha from Asher’s ancestors, whom Moon Goddess blessed, was not alone when Moon Goddess blessed him. He had his best friend also with him. His friend was the Alpha of another pack, and Moon Goddess blessed Him also and said that he will also have an elemental werewolf in his generation. And Skylar was the one who was the 2nd elemental wolf other than Asher).

Liam’s POV:-

When I stepped down from my Alpha’s title, I was not worried, as I knew that my son will be the best Alpha, which my pack will get. He not only proved himself the best Alpha, but he also became the strongest Alpha till date.

I’m proud of my son very much; I can’t thank Moon Goddess for blessing me with such a brilliant son. But today I become shocked after seeing my son’s state.

He never even cried in his childhood the way I saw him today. He told me that the girl is his mate. I become shocked after hearing this thing, as she was a human.

No, I’m not against any human mate, it’s just Asher is an elemental werewolf, and in books, we read that the elemental wolf will only get a werewolf as a mate, not any human mate.

But then Asher told me about his mate’s hidden wolf, and I become shocked after listening to this. Asher read her memories, and when he showed me her memories, I was beyond shocked.

His mate was not only a werewolf, but she was also the 2nd elemental wolf from the generation of other alpha. However, we can’t able to see how she came to the human world, and where is her family or what happened to them. Liam’s thoughts broke when Asher called him.

“Dad, where is the pack of that 2nd Alpha?” Asher asked his dad in a serious tone.

“I don’t know, son, that Alpha was the best friend of our oldest alpha. But when I got the title of Alpha, my dad told me they can’t able to find out about that pack. It was looking like that they just vanished from the earth.”

“We tried a lot to locate them, but nothing happened. And today we came to know that your mate is from that pack only. I think we have to find out what happened to that pack. And why your mate was living as a human, and why her wolf is hiding.”

“Her wolf will also be of pitch-black colour?” Asher asked his dad.

“Yes, son as she is from the generation of alpha, so her wolf will be black only,” Liam said with a smile.

Asher nods his head and again starts looking towards his mate with loveable yet pain-filled eyes.
