2 When Raerdel walked out of the bedroom, she headed toward the dining room. She had seen it briefly when she had wandered down to the gathering the day before. Raerdel was wearing a silky-feeling white dress that stopped just short of her knees and a matching cape with a hood. The hood was currently down, but she wanted to be prepared if she was able to leave the estate. On her feet, she wore the combat boots she had come to this place in.
