Until You Are Mine

Chapter 4

When Mandy reached home, she rushed to the bathroom to freshen and get ready for her dinner date with Holmer that evening, she was afraid Holmer might show up anytime soon. She knew he never missed time and was punctual when it came to time, she only took it slow when she started dressing up.

She sat on her stool next to the dressing mirror. She took her makeup, eyeliner, compact powder and did her face. When was satisfied with her make-up, she applied mascara on her eyelashes. There was one thing she hated the most with cosmetics, lipstick. She only bought it for formalities but never used it not even on special occasions. instead of lipstick, she preferred to apply a light touch of lipgloss to give her lips life.

She combed her hair and tied it together into a loose bun, leaving some of it falling to her face, she stood up dropped the towel in a washing basket and took somebody cream applied all over her body. Then she walked to the closet brought out a black tight dress that hugged her hips perfectly and matched with an animal print jacket.

She further pulled one of her drawers got out a white pair of secrets and put them on. She walked to a shoe rack, fetched an animal print high heeled shoes then grabbed a black bracelet and matched it with the earrings.

Mandy took all the time in the world, she wanted to see Holmer drool over her looks, so she made sure she dressed to impress.

She took her black handbag and put her cell phone in it with a few items that she needed. She wore a sweet-scented lavender perfume which was Holmer's favourite. Thereon left her room and headed to the living room.

When Mandy looked up she saw Holmer standing there waiting for her. Dressed in his black tuxedo which he had paired up with a black Pierre Cardin pointed shoe. She didn't know why she had a thing with suits, she loved it when Holmer wore one, because it easily turned her on, with a sweet-smelling cologne which he wore, brought out magical sensations coursing through her body. Though she couldn't explain exactly what it was she felt.

Just by the look on his face, she probably sensed that she had pinned him down over the cliff with her dressing. Though Holmer was a difficult person to amuse who never showed whether he liked or not, she could tell with the way he popped his eyes out with the pleasure of what he saw and how he almost choked himself with saliva when he wanted to say something but stopped on the way and this kept her wondering about what he had wanted to say.

She stretched out her hand and Holmer gladly received it then planted a gentle kiss on her knuckles. While enjoying each other's company, Mandy interrupted that beautiful moment by asking a question, though she never wanted to break free from his clasp, she had to...

She placed a smile on her face then asked," How long have you been here honey?"

" Around 5:30 pm, but I stopped Nancy from letting it out to you that I had come."

"Sorry I kept you waiting, she said."

"It's okay, I haven't waited that long, that's why I added extra minutes, cause I know how you ladies are when it comes to time." He replied with a grin.

Nana who was standing by, watched the two lovebirds as they walked to the door together hand in hand and said in a whisper with a chuckle," Young love sweeter than wine, what a lovely couple they are."

Mandy turned around and said in murmurs, "Nana why didn't you let me know that pointing at Holmer with a sign was here,"

Nana shook her then smiled back without uttering a word.

Mandy continued whispering in the air saying," I will see you at 10:30 pm, I love you, Nana."

"Okay, I love you too my girl, please stay safe and enjoy the evening Nana answered back."

"Thanks, Nana, we will." Mandy retorted while they walked towards the door.

Holmer opened the door for Mandy and said," After you my lady."

"Thanks, honey, that's so sweet of you." She replied with a soft voice.

She looked at Holmer and engrossed herself in deep thoughts, this is what I like about him. He is always a gentleman I hope he never changes. She never realised that she was thinking out aloud and had blocked the way out.

" Hun, did you say something? besides, you have blocked the way.," Holmer said.

"Oh sorry, let's take our leave." She said without confessing her thoughts to him and not wanting to prolong the conservation.

Holmer led the way to his Ford Ranger which was parked outside, copper in colour. Before he opened the passengers' door for her to get in, he looked around to see if there wasn't anyone to catch a glimpse of them.

When Holmer saw that it was clear he pulled her closer to him and caught her face up between his hands placed a soft hot sweet watery kiss parting her lips with his tongue and their tongues tangled up together.

As if Mandy's arms had a life of their own, they encircled his neck. His kiss became more ardent and demanding and Mandy's whole being shaken, she knew she wanted that kiss to last forever. Because she had longed and hungered for that kiss for a long. She could smell the fresh breath of strawberries escape his mouth, they kissed such that their breathing rate changed and their lips practically became sore.

Mandy felt her heart pulsating with happiness as soft moans escaped from them both. When they broke apart, at last, both were breathless. Mandy dropped her arms and pulled herself away from Holmer's embrace before allowing herself to look into his eyes. She wanted that moment to be endless but it was cut short because they had a dinner date to attend to.

"Oh, Hun!" Holmer said in a hoarse voice, that was truly wonderful. Besides, you look so beautiful and tempting tonight."

Mandy cleared her throat and answered," So are you! Can't we just call off our plans tonight Hun?"

"No we can't, this night is especially meant for us we have to go yeah....?"

Mandy obliged without protesting, "Good that's my Baby." Holmer said and placed a soft kiss on her cheek and opened the car door gently for her. When she got in, Holmer closed the door back. He rushed to the driver's side, opened the door then sat beside her and close the driver's door shut.

Before he started the engine he said to her," "Honey please fasten your seat belt before we set off. "Are you ready to go?"

"Yes honey, am all set." She answered in a light voice.

He started the car and drove towards the gate, Peter opened the gate and they drove off. The moment he hit the road his mood became stale. When Mandy saw bitterness in him, her heart sank with sorrow.
