My head was pounding. My muscles ached. My body felt stiff. I wondered how long I have been in the position my body was in? I felt extra warm across my legs and could feel my hands being held. Tingles danced up and down my side. My mates were here. I smelled them. I could get lost in their scents. I loved knowing that they were close. I knew we were no longer in the forest because there was no earthy smell. The room we were in smelled sterile.
