Hazel We were on our way to the village I had only been gone a couple of days but I watched out of the car window excitedly for the familiar buildings to come into view. Tristan had told me that we would have time to run and see my parents first, it was 6pm now most of the village was quiet everyone going in for their tea, when Tristan pulled the car up to the usual parking spot, I burst open the car door I waited for Tristan to walk around to me he was laughing at my giddiness, we walked towards my parent’s house hand in hand the village was just as peaceful as always I took a deep breath in I didn’t realise just how much I would miss the place, we walked through the square a few people walking about still greeting us pleasantly most people must know about me and Tristan now, “hello!” I
