A werewolfs tale: Anothers tale

Logans Pov: I was looking at Hulron when he stood and gave me and awkward look. The next thing I heard was him mutter "Pup" His eyes had begun to change colors from his frosty blue to a dark grey color. Standing up tall he looked me over from head to toe. "Hello Pup" I heard Hulron say.  "Excuse me? I am no wolfs pup." I heard my wolf respond for me. Tegan was still pissed that he was ordered to stand down from the wolf before him. So he sure as hell wasnt about to let him call him a pup. Tegan made a low growl looking Hulron over. He didn't care what the Goddess said. Tegan was one slight away from finishing what was started outside. "Hold still Pup", the wolf replied. "Let me look you over good and then I will answer any questions you wish. Tell your wolf to behave. I would hate to know the first time I met my son that his wolf would wish to end me before I had a chance to learn how he even existed." Came Hulrons reply. "Look quick old man!" Tegan spoke a little more forceful then I would have liked. I fought and finally made Tegan stand down and let me speak. Thru his anger I would get no answers. More than likely a fight to which one of us wouldn't be well enough to get answers from once it was over. Gaining control my eyes had changed from Tegans dark grey back to my normal frost blue eyes. Hulron finished taking off his hood and jacket completely and I saw myself looking back into a pair of the same frost blue eyes. I looked like him. The only difference was the slight signs of age showing on Hulron. Still none of this made sense. "I think there maybe some misunderstanding. My parents are dead. I was raised is an orphanage due to that fact. The Goddess rescued me as I was amongst the humans. She gave me the names of my parents, my fathers name was Blade Starke, My mothers name was..." "Kimi Greystone Starke" Hulron nearly whispered as he finished my response for me.  I could see a lone tear slide down the side of Huron's face. I waited quietly letting him gather his thoughts. I had alot of questions for him and I needed him to be able to answer them. Watching him fight with his emotions I knew that I wouldn't get any answers from him in his current state of mind. Instead I began to talk to Tegan. Tegan, can you sense the family connection. Tegan sat quietly. I could feel his emotions were just as tense as my own. We both needed answers. After around ten minutes of standing Hulron seemed to come back to our present time. Clearing his throat he began to speak. "I was injured during a rogue attack. Not just any rogue attack but an attack that wiped out my entire pack. Your mother had just left my pack prior to the attack. We were second chance mates from different packs. Her Alpha was a total d**k and wouldn't let me join her pack. My Alpha had just gave us permission for your mother to join our pack. We had agreed that she would stay in her pack for the next few days as I set up us a home as I was staying with the warriors in the pack house. She was heavily pregnant with you. I refused for her to be stuck with me in the pack house with all those other males steadily watching her and lusting after her. We had begun to count the days as she was miserable and ready to hold you in hers arms. She had been walking the path between the pack lands. Her pack and my pack were located closer than most packs usually were located. That was because the original founding Alphas were brothers and wanted to keep their family's close. So walking was never an issue as the packs were close and allied. I heard the alarm sound for the rogue attack. So I took off to try to get to your mother. I blame myself for not reaching her in time. I was injured trying to reach her." He took a deep breath. I could tell he still had more to say. His emotions were making it hard for him to finish. So I continued to stand silently giving him the time he needed to finish. I sat for about thrity minutes and Hulron finally started speaking again. "I woke up in the pack hospital of the Coldmoon pack. Thats your mother pack. Her last name was Starke as she had already taken my last name when we had gotten married. We had married in secret. She wanted us married prior to you being born as she said no child of hers would be born a bastard. Her maiden name was Greystone. She was not originally from the Coldmoon pack. It was the best day of my life the day your mother and I wed." I could see that Hulron still loved my mother. He had that far away dreamy look about him.  "My fathers name is Blade." I responded trying to get him to focus again on the conversation at hand. "So it is." He replied with a smirk. "Blade Hulron Starke. I stopped using the name Blade when I lost your mother. If I couldn't hear your mother calling my name then I never wanted to hear it said again." "My name is Logan Blade Starke. That was the only thing the orphanage had told me. They said that they found my mother dying. That her last words were my name." "After waking up in the hospital I went searching for your mother. I finally found her. Or her grave rather. Her mother was Luna Karen Greystone. After the death of her daughter, she left the Coldmoon Pack. I don't know where she ended up or if she is even alive still. Neither of us could stand the pain that we felt with out her. Your grandmother had taken your mother back to their original pack lands to be buried along side her mate, your Grandfather, he had been the Alpha of the Greystone Pack until a rouge attack destroyed most of the pack. There wasn't much left after the attack. Thats the reason they joined the Coldmoon Pack, they were seeking safety for few remaining pack members. The Greystone pack is no more. I never spoke to her again. Neither of us knew what happened to you. I tried to track you, I hunted for anything that resembled your mothers scent hoping it would lead me to you. The rumors were that you had perished along side your mother."  We both grabbed a chair at the table. Sat and just stared at each other. Both of us lost in our own thoughts. The quiet around us was getting to be too much. In fact I went to say as much when Blade spoke.  "Do you want to meet your mother? I can make it happen when you are ready."
