Demon love

Chapter five

When Jake woke up and went out for a walk before work he could not help but to think about what happened yesterday on his date with Emily.  He hate it that he was a demon and not human. Because he scared Emily.  He walk around to think of what he can do for her.

Emily could not help but think about Jake even though she knows that he is a demon. But she didn't care that he was a demon. Because all she need it to know now was that her heart need it him and was falling in love with him and she knows better and everything.  But today she didn't care because when she by him or in his arms she feel safe with him and even know she fall deep for him. In his arms or by him and he a demon she didn't care about the demon part.  Because she loves him no matter what.  Even if he was different or not.  And she was going to tell Jake how she felt l. Even if it is dangerous for her to do. But then she thinks I could tell him at work today or at his apartment on how I feel about him.  But what should I wear and I have to wear something nice. Emily pick out her clothes she was going to wear for work but she hope that she gets to see Jake. To tell him how she feels about him.When Jake went back to his apartment after his walk he already figures out how to keep Emily safe and the people he cares about. Even know it going to be hard for him. And hurt him and also know it go on hurt the people he work with.  But it is the only way for them to be safe set the other demon know were he is now. But he wonder what Emily would say ir do. But he hope some day they meet again so he can tell her how he feels about her and how he really want to kiss her. And how her touch makes me feel different and how my heart race to the point that I feel like I am human and that I feel all the things for her and everything else on how he feels about her.  Emily went to work early so she could wait for Jake to come walking throw the door and to look him in the eyes to tell him that she love him and how he makes her feel. And that he can scared her and everything but it won't change how she feels about him. And even if he try to talk some sense into her. She won't change her mind on how she feels about him.  And everything else because her mind was already made up. About how she feels about him.  And she all ride know the risk she is taking and the danger into it.When Jake opened the door he Emily in a red shirt and black leather pants.  And he could tell she was happy to see him. But he wonder why she happy to see him.  And is it she afraid of me.  I mean she did she me yesterday turned into a demon.  As Jake was walking he see his boss and ask her if he could speak with her. His boss said " yes you may."She walk to her office then Jake follows her to her office. Emily looks at them and was wondering what was going on.  She follow them to the office and hide behind the wall so they could not see her. Jake sat down when his boss was take her seat to.  He looks at his boss and told "her that he quit his job and was grateful for everything she done for him." His boss said" it was great having you here at this job and I am glad I could help you. And what are you going to say to everyone else out there?." Jake look at her and said " nothing I thought you might say something for me." His boss laugh and said " no that your job to tell them and everyone else that care about you."Jake said "okay."Emily heard the hole thing that he was quite his job and everything. Jake and his boss went back to the party will they were celebrate on the song that got realise from Jake and Emily.  Emily went back to the party as well.  But was trying to be careful.  Set she was behind Jake and and her bus. Also so Jake doesn't see her behind them.When they were at the party Jake told everyone " that today was his last day of work and that it was fun working with everyone and that I had fun working with you. And also thank you for helping me out when I came working here. I am glad I to have worked here". Everyone clap there hand and hug Jake.  Tell in him something. Emily walk over  to Jake and ask him "if she could talk to him outside for a minute". Jake said "yes you may". Jake and Emily walk outside to talk to each other.  Emily stop then Jake did.  Emily turned around to look at Jake and said "why are you quit your job and where are you going to?" Jake look at Emily and said "why do you need to know shouldn't you be scared of me and why do you care?". Emily was angry on what he just said to her.  Because she thought that they had a connection with each other. Jake look at Emily and could tell that she was angry and everything. But Jake really want to know why Emily care for him. She looks at him and thinks and said "because I care about you and love you.  Big you think you can change how I feel you are wrong and there also nothing wrong with you if that want you think. Because there a lot of people that are different like you.  So I'm not scared of you. And I will be by your side no matter what."Jake look at her and could not believe want he was hearing from her.  And he wonder if she even know what she is saying to him.  Because right now he was thinking she was crazy and he was falling in love with her on what she said.  Even know she is different than him.  But he could not help but feel a bone with her even more.  But Jake did not know what to say to her. Emily looks at him for an answer from him but he didn't say anything.  She wonders why.  Emily told him "he didn't have to say anything. But to let him know that she was there for him if he needed anything". Then she walk away.  But when she did jake pull her to him and started to kiss her. She could not believe what he was doing. But she could not push him away.Jake could not believe that he grabe Emily and start it to kiss her. I mean I am a demon. But my body feels like it want her like it need her and everything.  But I can't drag her into my mess that I made.  And I want to protect her. Jake push Emily away from him. Emily looks at him with a confused look on her face.  Jake said "are you crazy I am a demon you should be running away from me not kissing me.  And you should be scared of me and you should not love me." And he started to say mean things to her. So she would hate him. And he try scared Emily so she be afraid of him but it didn't work. Because he could tell just by looking at her.  And she said "you can say what ever you want. But like I said before it won't change how I feel about you." And she walk back to the party. Jake could not believe what just happened. And how Emily was driving him crazy for her. But he could not do anything about it.  For her safety he need it to stay away from her. But he knew it was to late to keep her safe. He hear a northerner demon. And went to try to stop it from leaving.  But the demon was faster than him and the demon ran. Jake keeps running after it but was not fast enough. By the time he catch up the demon was gone. Jake said "this is just perfect and this is not what I planned on.  Now I have to make Emily leave with me some how." He stop as he mention her name and he smile about it. He went back into the party to fine Emily but could not see her and he ask "everyone if they see Emily.  His boss came over to him to tell him "she left she went home for she was leaving for a northerner song to record". Jake said "thank you" his boss said"your welcome now hurry up and go before she leave". Jake hurry and leave the building. Emily went to her house to pack up everything for her travel to lacrosse for her song record. She packs up her clothing and her stuff that she going to need. When she was done she got ride for bed. Then she heard a nock at the door and she said”who is it?”. Jake said “it me Jake I need you to open up the door for me please”. Emily went over by the door and opened and Jake come in looking around. Jake grabe Emily and told her “to get her thing that she packed and that she was coming with him”. Emily pull her hand away from him. And said “what do you mean I’m going with you. And I have somewhere else to go tomorrow. And who said you can tell me what to do”. Jake told her “ that she was in danger and that she have to go with him”. Emily look at him and said “if I go with you where are we going to go? And what about my recorded song for tomorrow and my career”. Jake told her “that he will take her to her other Job tomorrow but then when she was done she have to come with him again to somewhere more safe”. Emily look at him and think about it for a minute and said “OK”. And they both shook hands with each other. And then he grabbed Emily suitcase that she had ready for her records tomorrow. Emily grabbed her coat and got in Jake car and was waiting for him in his car. Jake look around in Emily house one more time before he shot the door. Then Jake walk to his car then he opened up his car door and got in his car and told Emily that “they have to stop at his apartment so he could get his stuff quick”. Emily said “okay”. After Jake got to his apartment he get his suitcase bag and back to the car. when he got in he turns his head to see Emily was a sleep. There were hair in Emily face . Jake move the hair away from Emily face.

Then he starting it the car to goto Emily other records job. He was praying that they get done fast when they go to her job..When they got to lacrosse for Emily records in that went to a hotel to rent a apartment with each other. Emily got out her clothes for the records that she was going to do. When Jake take Emily to her records job that she was recording. It didn’t take long for the recording to be over and he could hear the song that Emily was recording. When the records was done Jake grabe Emily and ran to the exit door. And he take her to the car and put her in the front of the seat by him and then he went in the car and driving back to the apartment.  Jake told Emily “that they world leave tomorrow”.

Emily asked “ if they could stay two more days” she did the puppy dog eyes on him. And he said “fine two more days but then we go”. And Emily also ask “ why he grabbed her and left the building records in room”. Jake said “Because I can’t be by a lot of people or small room”. Emily said “okay I understand”.Today was the last day they were staying in La cross Emily could not believe how time went by so fast. She could not believe that they were going to leave la cross. And yesterday was confused in because Jake kiss her lip and how she had kiss him back and how her hand felt in his hair. But she is so trying not to think about what happened yesterday. But she was in side of her apartment get in the stuff that she got in La crosse pack up to hit the road with Jake. Jake got his stuff ride and in the car waiting for Emily. He could not stop thinking about yesterday on how Emily kiss him and how he had to break it off on them on kiss in each other. He also wants it to know what Emily think and also want is take in her so long to get her stuff. He was about to get out of the car. To see want was taken her so long. Just when he about to get out of his car. Emily came walking out of the apartment.Jake ask her “if she was okay.” Emily said “ yeah are you okay Jake and ride to go.” Jake look at her and didn’t feel like answering her questions for some reason. He started it the car. But before they could leave something attack them. Jake duck Emily head with his hand. He did not know want to do. All his mind was focused on getting Emily to safety. But he can't set The person that was shooting at them from the front. And shot the car engine for the car to work. So Jake did the one thing in his mind that he knew to do. Was to use his magic that he does not like to used in the human world but he going to. To keep Emily safe. He told Emily  "that he was going to turn his demon formal. He told her so she does not dream out." Before she could get all of want he said in her mind. He turn right in front of her and told " her to followed him out of the car and that he will keep her safe." And she could not believe that her body was trust in him when he was in his demon fromal that she was going out of the car with him. Jake grabs Emily hand and was shooting fire ball at the person that was attack in them first. Jake and Emily was running with each other holding hands while Jake throw fire ball at the person that attack but right when they lose the person they still run. When they were still running Emily could not help but feel love and freedom with him by her side. Jake was hoping Emily did not  ind him holding her hand and was also wondering if she will say anything. But she didn't and she didn't even pull her hand away for them.  Before they ran to go into the crowds of people Jake try turning back into his human formal as fast as he could. But he got hit by a fireball in his back. Emily catch Jake before he could hit the hard road. Emily holding him in her arms. And was looking at the other demon that attack them. He was about to finish them when Emily scream " help".!! The demon that hurt Jake told Emily "that they got lucky but next time they won't be so lucky and to tell Jake there king that all of the demon in the underworld is waiting for him and if he doesn't come back more demon will come after them and to tell him my name is Ken". And he disappeared without a trace and people came running to Emily and Jake to help them and Jake was in his human formal again. Emily held Jake in her arms when they were in the taxi car . The taxi driver pulled over. Emily opened up the taxi door and ran out to go to the front door of the hospital and yell for help. The doctor ran out to get Jake wher Emily was trying to get him out of the car. The doctor picked up Jake and put him on a bed and ran inside the hospital. Emily pays the taxi driver and hurries to ketchup with the doctor that had Jake. The doctor told Emily to wait in the hallway. Emily sat down on a chair and waited for the doctor. Two minutes has passed set have it hear anything about Jake she was getting worried about Jake. The doctor final came out he told her " that he was okay and that he need it to sleep." Emily said “okay”.  And went in the room with Jake to see if he was ok. She sat down and held his hand and lay her hand down by the side of the bed and fell asleep. Jake works up and sees Emily hold his hand and smile. Emily wake up to see Jake smile in. Jake moved his hand out of Emily's hand and got up and grabbed the blanket and covered up Emily. Then he called one of the nurses to bring lunch up. Then he looked at Emily and then went walking into the bathroom to see how the burn on his back was.  It was healing a lot but he could not let anyone see his back. When he  left the bathroom Emily was still asleep. Jake walks back to the bed and lay down and looks at Emily. By the time Emily woke up it was morning. 

Jake sit up to make it look like he was not watching her sleep. He said “good morning to Emily”.  Emily turns her head to see Jake. Emily Said “ good morning to Jake too and asked if he needs something?” Jake said “ no and asked if everything was okay”. Emily said “ I don’t know if everything will be okay?” Jake said 0 when he heals that they are going to leave town like they planned.”
