The Unexpected Alpha (and Her Wife)

Chapter 11: Congratulations and a Celebration for Two*

Hazel:

"Holy, s**t" was all I could think as normal feeling returned to my body. I was completely stunned. I stood hearing Agatha's words, terrified to meet anyone's eyes, terrified of what I might find there. No one came here tonight expecting me to become the next Alpha of our pack and I'm sure there would be mixed reactions. Everyone had had YEARS to get used to the idea of Hux taking over. OH CRAP! Hux! I hope that he knows I did not do this on purpose. I hope he isn't mad at me, or devastated. I have heard the sounds around me, but not heard there meaning. Agatha must have just released everyone, because all at once there is a burst of movement and sound around me.

I felt someone grab me around the waist and my feet leave the ground. Hux has run up to me like he did when we were teenagers and thrown me onto his shoulders and is now spinning in circles. "Hazel! You dirty dog!" he laughs as he spins and lowers me to the ground. "You aren't disappointed? You know there's no way I could have planned this, right?" I say earnestly as we swoops me into a bear hug. "Sister, please. I have always wondered why I would be the one the goddess would choose. You have always been smarter than me and excelled in training. You are level headed and the pack is as devoted to you as they are to me. I would say they even love you. This is GREAT! Plus, now you are the one who gets the late nights in the office, and I can be home playing video games by 7!"

"Don't count on that, brother! You still have a very important job on my advisory council!" I respond slyly, wiggling my eyebrows at him.

At that moment, our father approached us, wrapping us both in a hug with his large arms. "Children, I am so proud of you both and know that together you will make our pack the strongest and most successful it has ever been. Hazel, we begin the transition of duties on Monday morning. See you in YOUR new office first thing."

As he walked away I felt a comforting heat on my back, hitting in small vibrating waves and, over the bustle of the crowd, caught wind of Sammy's scent. I knew she was there before she made contact, wrapping her arms around my waist and nuzzling her head into my neck. "Hi there, sexy Alpha." She softly whispered into my ear, where only I could hear. Turing to face her, I kissed her forehead. "That's just 'Sexy' to you, my gorgeous Luna." I say to her, placing my hands on the nape of her neck, bringing my lips to hers. I flick her bottom lip with my tongue and feel her mouth open to me. Our tongues dance briefly and I smell her arousal as my pulse moves deep into my core. "Is it just me, or is the energy between us even more intense?" Sammy asks as we break our kiss. "I could literally feel the heat and vibrations coming off of you as you approached a minute ago." I say, giving her affirmation. I look around and notice that most of the guests are in the garden enjoying the drinks and snacks, dancing and talking. Grabbing Sammy's hand I lick my bottom lip and ask, "think anyone will miss us if we make it quick?" I hear her breath catch and with a sparkle in her eye she replies, "does it matter if they do?"

Sammy:

Hazel took me by the hand and we slipped into the woods. When we came across an enormous tree she picked me and pressed my back against its bark. I wrapped my legs around her waist as she slid her tongue deep into my mouth. I felt chills prickle my skin as she slipped my dress just below my breast and it made contact with the night air. She pressed into my pelvis as she slipped her lips around my now exposed n****e. As my whole body began to prickle with pleasure and chill bumps, she pulled her teeth off of me and placed my feet on the ground. With the assertiveness of a brand new alpha, she lifted the skirt of my dress and used her strong leg to part my own. As the wind whipped around us, her hot tongue made contact with the dip in my collar bone and plunged her fingers deep into my folds. I could feel myself become saturated as she filled the space that was seemingly made for her hand. Clumsily I unbuckled her belt, then her pants, and then felt her shuffle to get them past her luscious hips. Her fingers slid in and out of me. I felt the dampness of her arousal as she began to grind into my hip. I wrapped one arm around her, digging my fingers into her butt, pulling her closer as I slid my other hand between us rolling her enlarged and throbbing bud between my fingers.

"Oh, my Luna!" She breathlessly gasped as she pinned me more securely against the tree and we thrusted together. "My Alpha," I whispered as she used her thumb to put pressure on my dripping pearl. Within seconds we both were pulsating with release and panting into each other's hair.

"I can't wait to lick that clean for you later" Hazel whispered, nipping at my ear.

"You may be the Alpha now, but people will still ask questions if we don't get back up there ASAP.. and if you keep talking like that, ASAP will become much later than it should be.." I said, teasingly pushing her away and fixing my dress.

"Yes ma'am. I may be the Alpha but it's obvious who's in charge here," Hazel said through a smile, knowing full well that my body and heart were all hers. "Let's go, gorgeous. I'll mindlink Hux and let him know we'll be up there in less than 5."

And in exactly 4 minutes we entered the garden hand in hand, with a little extra color in our cheeks, to a cheers and applause.

The rest of the party was lovely, everyone in this pack is so welcoming to me and SO proud of Hazel. Even when Hazel and I were not standing together everyone treated me with kindness and genuine curiosity. There were some questions I didn't know how to answer: do we want pups and how would that work? Is marriage in our future? Which vacation home will we use for our first getaway? These are all things I'll be sure to talk to Hazel about later. Some of them I hadn't even thought about yet. Pups? Marriage? It would be nice to be an official part of the pack and have full completion of the mate bond.. AND be able to mind link Hazel and her pack. Mmm cuddle talk for later. Tonight, we celebrate and beam.
