I had a discussion with my husband about going to my plan to marry Xavier to Sam. he is still trying to mourn Nicole's death.

he yelled at me, annoyed with how I could simply push Xavier to marry her sister after her passing.

I simply wanted him to be happy that there was no need for a divorce any longer.

yet he is hellbent on divorcing me. I couldn't understand why. Everything was fine until Nicole broke the engagement.

then, things began to change.

he suddenly wanted a divorce because of how my son planned to harm Nicole. I don't comprehend how he came up with that lie.

my thoughts were supposed to be on going to the night for dinner

why does he still want to divorce me? I thought.

unless he has been cheating on me with his secretary.

I arrived at the company. I hear noise coming from the office.

I rush in. without thinking twice.

"why are you holding this b***h you are mine. she the same age as your son. how could you do this to me."

"what the hell are you talking about?"

"you are cheating on me with this b***h. I'll teach her a lesson."

she grabs the poor girl's hair.

"let me go the girl yelled."

"how long has this been going on?"

"Nothing has been going on. She is my daughter."

"her mother, she was chased out by you."

it hit me that stupid maid who he was dating before I chased her out.

"where is she?"

"she is alive if that's what you are asking and soon she will be my wife. so sign those divorce papers."

"no, you can't do this to me."

"I can and I will. I never loved you. it's was always money with you."

once money stopped flowing you chose to cheat on me."

"I never cheated." she stutters.

"yes, you did. Xavier isn't mine. I had a vasectomy before we married. I knew I didn't want kids if it wasn't with the one I loved."

I shook my head. then it hit me why, after so long of trying to procreate another child to hide this from him, it never resulted in me being pregnant...

I look at the girl whose eyes are swollen. she is the exact copy of my husband. same Grey eyes and the mole right under her eye.

"no, she will be the mistress daughter as long as I don't divorce you. we have a dinner at the night manor to discuss the marriage between our son."

"I'll not go. I denounce my rights to being his father."

"you can't he will not be able to enter without a good background."

"go find his father then."

"if you ever loved our son, please come to the dinner."

I left the company shaking. He knew all along, yet raised Xavier.

it won't detour my goals tonight. Sam and Xavier will be engaged.
