The next day everything seemed different to Amanda, she woke up in the morning just to find the puppy had managed to climb on top of the bed next to her. It was soundly sleeping by her side.
She smelled the scent of freshly brewed coffee like any other morning but nothing was like it used to be.
Leaving the bedroom as the puppy followed after her she went into the kitchen from where the scent of coffee came. There she saw Albert and Ken making breakfast.
