Going back home after a day’s worth of work they were welcomed by Amanda in a cheery tone: “Welcome back home~”
“We’re back.” Ken said smiling at the woman, he wanted to give her a hug but held himself back. He simply put down Griffin and went inside.
Noticing his slight gesture Amanda hugged him instead. “How was work, was it boring?” She asked trying to break the ice.
“No… it was really interesting!” Ken corrected the woman, he felt like it was a very productive day today.
“Yes, he even learned how to read balance sheets, cash flow statements and yearly financial reports.” Albert said proudly while puffing out his chest as if to say ‘I taught him.’
