Episode 5: Love And Career

When our love started to progress well, I suddenly had to make new choices in my life, and these choices would give my life a new direction. Even though love brought me feelings that I had never experienced before, I could not suddenly give up on my career, for which I had been fighting all my life.

I left the house, got in my car and went to the gym for my gym session with Nico. When I arrived at the gym, I parked the car and entered the gym. Even though I couldn't see Nico when I walked in, I went into the locker room to change, put on my sports clothes and went to the lounge. When I entered the gym and saw Nico surrounded by girls again, I tied my hair and started to take the right steps to take revenge for what he did yesterday and to keep the girls away from him, I paid attention to Nico working on the gym equipment, pushed the girls who were covering him aside, grabbed Nico's collar and pulled him towards me and kissed his lips. When I started kissing him, the girls looking at him were looking at me in surprise. I continued to kiss Nico without paying any attention to them. When we finished kissing, he said, "What a nice surprise," I rolled my eyes and said, "I wish I had never come, you are having a good time with the girls." When I turned around, I saw that I had reached the center and entered the room. When he said that he did not move to see what I was going to do, I started to get angry at him at that moment, but he held my hand and hugged me. And when he said that he missed me, my nerves started to go away and we started our lesson by doing warm-up exercises before starting the sports session and saying that he would show new movements in our work today. While I was trying to do the movements he showed throughout the lesson, when I could not do the movements, he immediately came to me and patiently showed me the movements. The contacts at that moment brought us closer to each other. After completing the gym session, I went to the locker room to change, took my clothes, went to the shower area, took a shower and put on my work clothes and left. When I saw Nico waiting at the exit of the gym, I hugged him, kissed him on the burn and said goodbye. When I came out of the hall and came to my car, Nico ran towards me and accepted his offer "Let's watch a movie together tonight" and kissed me on the lips and said goodbye before getting in the car. I got in my car and went to the company. When I entered the company, I asked my secretary where Henry was and she said he was in his room. When I entered his room angrily and started throwing the files on his desk at him, he got up and hid under the desk. "Calm down, Sofia, why are you so angry?" At that moment, he approached the table, leaned under the mat and said, "You knew everything, didn't you?" He came out from where he was and held my arm and made me sit on the sofa. "Yes, I was just being close to you in front of Nico, I wanted him to think that he lost you, so what was the result?" I started to calm down after his explanation. And when I told him everything, he congratulated me. n

After chatting for a while and leaving her room, she said, "Sofia, there is one more thing, but calm down." At that moment, I started to understand that things were getting serious. "I thought a lot about whether to tell you this, but it would be unfair to you if I didn't, you can see for yourself if you want!" he said. When I looked at the file, I was about to faint from excitement and happiness at that moment, "They want you to be the head of the new company we will open abroad and make all the decisions." At that moment, I was not thinking of anything but happiness, this was a great step for me and my career, I worked day and night for this company. I would finally have a company where I could make my own decisions. I asked for time to think, left his room, went to my own office and called Riyya, who was always with me throughout this process, and as soon as Riyya responded to my calls, I started to explain it to her, and when she offered to meet at the cafe where we always meet to talk about the issue in more detail, I immediately accepted, took my bag and left the office and went to my secretary. And if anything important happened, I said Henry was here and left. When I came to the cafe and realized that Riyya had not arrived yet, I found an empty table and sat down. When the waiter came to take the order, Riyyada quickly came to me, put her coat and bag on the empty chair and sat down. I told the waiter to bring two coffees and said, "Welcome to Riyya."

I hadn't said anything to Nico yet, I didn't know what his reaction would be, for some reason we had just started everything, it wasn't clear whether going to a country far away from him would be good for our relationship. Long distance relationships didn't always go well. My happiness at that moment was suddenly replaced by thoughts. After drinking our coffee, I thought about saying goodbye to him and going home. At that moment, I told him that I was at home and invited him to my house. Since it was his first time in my house, I checked around, prepared a snack and put it on my coffee table. While I was putting the drinks in the glasses, there was a knock on the door. I put the glass on the table and opened the door. When I opened the door and he reached out to me and wrapped the flowers in his hand, my unhappiness at that moment was gone and a feeling of happiness came instead. He took the flowers in his hand and walked in, left the cookies he bought on the way to the kitchen, came to me and hugged me again and said "I missed you so much". When he stopped wrapping, I showed him the chair and made him sit down. Then I went to the kitchen, put the snacks he brought on the plates, placed them on the table, poured the wine into the glasses, opened a movie, handed one of the cups to Nico and sat next to him. When Nico thought it was strange that I had been silent since the movie started, he put his glass on the table and asked if I was okay. When I stopped the movie and told him about the job offer, his face changed suddenly and at that moment, when I thought he would not accept it or even break up with me, he looked at the situation in a different way.

''Sofiya, you make me sad, don't worry about our relationship, forget about it, we are in the modern world, we have the internet, everything, if we miss each other very much, I will buy a ticket and come to you.''

'' Really? , I thought he would get angry and even leave

"Don't be nonsense, forget it? We met on social media, it immediately brings us a new excitement and longing for our relationship."

At that moment, I hugged him and kissed him with happiness and when I started to continue our movie from where we left off, he turned towards me and said, "You will break up with me and move to a distant country and you are still continuing the movie, we should make use of every moment, my darling." He stood up from where he was sitting, took me in his arms and took me to my room. When I opened my eyes in the morning, I saw Nico sleeping next to me and started watching him. He looked so handsome while sleeping that when I couldn't help but kiss his cheek, he slowly opened his eyes, said good morning and smiled. At that moment, when I put on my nightgown to get out of bed, Nico was looking at me. Since I was embarrassed at that moment, I quickly went to the bathroom, adjusted the water, took a shower and left, Nico was still asleep in bed. Without waking him up, I got dressed, left the room, and went to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. When I prepared breakfast, went back to my room, approached Nico and said, "Come on, get up and have breakfast!", he opened his eyes, raised his head, kissed my lips and said he would take a shower and come back. I went downstairs again, sat at the table and poured our tea. While I was sipping my tea, Nico came and we sat at the table and had our breakfast. After having breakfast, I changed and got into Nico's car to go to work. When he said, "I'll pick you up after work, let's spend time together until you leave," I accepted his offer and asked him to drive the car to the company. When we arrived at the company, I kissed Nico before getting out of the car. When I entered the company, I immediately found Henry and told him that I did not accept the job offer.
