“Is this bad?” I asked Keylyn
Keylyn slowly nods his head as he paced the cave.
“I can’t keep this up forever” I said pointing to the illusion
Once I break it that’s it, it can’t be undone. We could get ourselves captured or killed. And I want neither.
“The Commander is questioning them now as we speak. He ordered me to check on all stations to make sure no one is compromised.”
“We haven’t noticed anything funny going on around here” said one of the soldiers.
“It’s been very quiet” said another
“I almost wish something would happen” said a third
Keylyn and I shared a look and then chuckled. If only they knew they’d probably be truly embarrassed. We’ve been here for a better part of ten hours and we have not been noticed. My illusion is very effective.
