Nymera took me out in the gardens for a walk. I haven’t been outside of the manor and I’m excited to see something other than stone walls. As the front doors open a rush of fresh air swirled around me. I took a deep breath and smiled.
Nymera took my hand and led me out the Manor. She turned right onto a sand stone path semi hidden by fern plants. I almost wished I had my lunch outside in the gardens instead of arguing with Asai in his stuffy study. Trusting Nymera to lead the way I closed my eyes and enjoyed the wind in my hair, the smell of trees, flowers, and earth and the feel of the sun. Who ever the earth deity is here on this world it is obvious that he loves the land and the people.
“Remind me who is your earth deity?” I asked Nymera
