Case 2: Missing Children

" What the heck is these? Did some kind of treasure is happening?" Tristan uttered confusedly.

The village was simple that everything was made with woods and huts. It looks like a poor village and thinking about the reward they might joined their money to came for those amounts.

People were in panic like they were searching for something or someone.

" Hey, what's going on here?" I asked on an old man gasping for air while eyes still looking around.

The man wears a coarse brown clothes of as his white hair was messily fix with a black long thin cloth. He has tan and charcoal face. His little monoloid eyes were worriedly looking at us.

" Another child was taken by the flying ghost." he answered while his hands place on his abdomen bowing lightly. We do the same with our heads.

" Flying ghost? What does, it looks like?" Tristan asked curiously.

Ghost were undead spirits yet it can be also human who acts as ghost. These somewhat confusing if evidence can't be found.

" It was wearing black hooded cloak and can fly high as he takes those kids away. Help us strangers our village can't stay long without those kids. Where getting old and those kids were our new generation. If this predicament won't be solved, then the people here will choose to leave and start new on the other village. " his eyes were showing fear, worries and sadness.

A ghost can't hold humans and take it out away. So it was someone who acts as ghost.

As Alyck heard about black hooded man. Her blood starts to boil in excitement along with her grievances.

" Black hooded man, it might be one of those killers" I told Tristan as he understand what I mean.

" We'll help you. Where's direction does the flying hooded man fly? " Tristan asked him smilingly. Encouraging him to tell the way.

" In that direction." he answered as he pointed the west direction.

" Thank you old man." I said to him as I smiled with gritting teeth.

" Calm down, Alyck. You might scare him." Tristan uttered as he signals the old man to go. I rolled my eyes at him. I'm not crazy like him.

" Let's go" I snorted at him.

Alyck and Tristan walked to the west woods of the village. It was thick forest along with wild grasses.

" These surely big forest. No wonder it can be used as hideout " Tristan commented as he put his hands in his waist.

" i***t let's go. Stop complimenting the killers' hideout"

" Yah! I'm not complimenting it."

"You're so loud, i***t. The killers might hear your voice"

" Hmmf! Better or it would be easy to do it"

" Such stupid indeed"

" Yah! I'm not stupid. I'm handsome. You should said handsome from now on" he exclaimed as he point his finger at me.

"Not a chance, i***t"

"Alyck I can hear some flowing water from here. It was 7 kilometers ahead of us" He seriously stated.

Alyck and Tristan run toward the area fast. They reach the flowing water as the sun set to west.

" Wow! how come a beautiful falls be hidden in a forest? "

Alyck examine the water came down from the mountain. It was sticky than regularly clear water.

" Used your ugly face to think."

"Agh! I'm handsome. Anyway, there's a cave in the back of that falls." he said as he pointed the falls.

" Then let's check it."

The moon shines bright helped their way on the entrance. They lighted a torch that they brought from their home.

We walked inside of the cave. A warm air passed through us as we walked deeper inside.

It was a long passage. At the end of long passage was two another passages to go through.

" Damn I can't figure out which way. My senses were block with these winds" Tristan frustrated whined.

" Let's split up. You went to the left. I'll go on the right "

" Ok be careful "

"Same to you"

Alyck and Tristan walked separately.

The passages was a maze of doors. As they reach the end ,they found more ways to choose. Tristan's way has 4 more while Alyck has 3 huge passages.

"Enemy! my enemy! where are you?"

Tristan shouts loud that it echoed throughout the cave. He was frustrated that he choose to walked straight on the 3rd passage from the left.

Alyck on other side was facing 3 huge spiders came out from those 3 passages ahead of her. Her presence was detected as she step on the place.

" How come these spiders so big?"

" Damn it!" I exclaimed as I dodge the attack making me jump inside.

One spider block the passage where Alyck just came in making her trap inside.

As the big ones in front of her try to observe her, the smaller spiders start to went out and surround the area making the space where she stands get smaller.

Alyck unsheathed her sword and s***h those small spiders jumping towards her.

" Damn it. There's too many of them." I keep dodging those big spiders' huge hairy legs while slashing these smaller ones.

" God speed!" I enchant and s***h fast in a blink of an eye.

I killed so many but these insect never stop coming out.

These 3 big ones was so difficult to know who'll attack first. They were eyeing me like a prey on their din. Their saliva flows down as they trying to throw webs on me.

The blue one roared and tried to kill me with its feet while the red and green throw webs.

"s**t! " I groaned as I was hit with a web and stuck on the wall.

The smaller ones crawl towards me.

" Agh! Damn it" I cursed hard as the web stick like some glue.

I can't even move. The red and green spiders throw another web as I closed my eyes about to feel the web.

" Be strong!, Go strong!" mom's voiced echoed my mind.

" Agh! Light beam!" I shouted as I enchant and I move my hand throw the beam on the web making it shattered into ashes.

The smaller ones crawl on my feet as they were near on my body.

" Agh! Light rays!"

The spiders near Alyck turn to black as they was hit with a large rays came from her body as it covered her whole body. She breaks through from the web and fall back down.

The big spiders throw more webs on her. She slashes it with her God speed.

" God lightning volts!" I enchant as I open my hand right and 6 yellow lightning volts formed.

" God Speed!"

I jump high and throw the lightning volts towards the green spider. It hits its 6 eyes making it groaned and rampage hitting the two spiders.

The smaller ones from the roof of the cave, became more aggressive and all of them fall towards me. It was like in slow motion of raining spiders.

All of them throw smaller webs .It was like a waving silks ready to be catch.

I can't die here. I need to find that bastard.

" God Augmentation!" I enchanted.

Alyck release her full force of light magic making every small spiders came out from passage turned to ashes. The light travel wide until the deepest passages making every pieces of small spiders died while the three big one was roasted into black.

The cave shakes heavily making Tristan slightly scared. He thought of being trap without even having a chance to see a beautiful girl in his life. Tristan reached the end of the passage and sense the crying children nearby. He immediately walked to the passage and found the children sitting on the corner.

" Who are you?" a boy asked

" You're handsome savior. Let's go. We should go out here. Your parents were already worried." He said beckoning them to come with him.

He can see the hesitation of the kids as they fear they might be the next to be feed with those spiders.

" It will be alright. I'm handsomely strong."

" Guys we should go with him. We can't stay here being the food for those monsters. I miss my mom. I want to see her." another boy stand and announced his words enlightening the other kids.

" That's good then, let's go. Form into 2 lines and follow me. " Tristan commanded as the kids followed what he told.

Alyck on other hand lied down exhausted. She can't even move her body to stand. She was lying down when a black hooded person walked from one of the 3 passages.

She looked at the person coldly.

" So you came out. Thanks I won't need to find you" I uttered trying to force my body move.

" How interesting, a man like you killed all of my pets. You must be powerful." A voice of lady can be heard from the person standing.

She lift out her hood showing a dark blue long straight hair. Her green eyes were sharply eyeing Alyck. She thought Alyck was a man since she wear hanfu for a man along with her black curtain hairstyle.

"So a girl like you loves to pet spiders. How appealing, but why do you need to kidnap children? What's your motive?" I asked as I tried to sit on. Slowly my body start to regain strength again.

" I need their healthy body to be my pet's food. Since you kill my pets then in returned I need to kill you for payments." she said as she glared and twirl her hair on her fingers while the other one was place below her breast as support  for her other elbow.

" Did someone order you to do these?" I asked her again.

" Nope!, I don't like people ordering me.I'm young and free person. So free to kill you now" she said and attacked me with her daggers slightly diagonal. She planned to s***h me.

Alyck quickly jump using her hands to move away from her.

" You're no fun, just stay still. You'll die eventually though"

" I won't let you, childish girl"

Alyck trying to dodge her quick attacks but she still weak making her hit and thrown on the wall. A crack was shown on the impact.

" I'm not childish, jerk!"

" Agh!" I winced.

The girl run towards her to stab her but she dodges it and elbowed her back slamming the girl to the wall.

" Bogsh!" a loud noise followed on the impact.

" Aghh! " she groaned as coldly stared.

" Esgeajndj bdsjshn" she enchanted a spell that I don't understand.

Her hair turned into purely silver hair and her eyes turned red. She's a half breed of witch and vampire. No wonder she can fly and act like ghost.

Those red eyes were belong to those vampire clans. This would a whole turned event.

I can't fight her yet. Damn!

"I'll sip your blood and crash your bones.Die.Investicustal!" She said and throw her dagger as the chant release making it huge.

" Alumtix Emoetruz!" A voice shouted and counted the dagger with big shield.  My eyes widen to see the old man I talked walk toward us.

" You! how dare you interrupted us!" the girl shouted pointing the old man with dagger.

" Old man, how did you know these place?" I cringed my brows since I didn't notice someone following us.

He's skillful then why he needs to hide it.

" I'm sorry young lady but I'll be your opponent for now until he regain his strength. I might be old but I can still fight" he spoke as he put hit hands on his back.

" Then I'll kill you both in instant" the girl exclaimed.

The girl release another dagger and while quickly run towards the old man. It was fast to noticed that make him thrown to the wall and spit his blood. The was strong impact as the cave shake.

I can' t take it I need to regain my strength even  a little. I run towards the girl to intercept her second attack making her off guard and flew with my kick in her stomach.

She spit blood for that off guard attack. As the old man weakly stand in my side to fight along.

" You!!, cheater" she yelled angrily. Her eyes were in rage as she dashes towards me fast and punch me hard on the face lifting me up.

Damn it my strength still not enough.

Alyck flew on the roof hard making the roof collapsed showing a bright moonlight.

The girl jumped higher and kick her down on the ground.

" Aghh !Ahh"

" Duste' grestuez" the old man casted a spell as my pain slowly bearable as half of my strength

 went back.

" Thanks old man" I said as he collapsed from using his magic.

Alyck support him in order not to fall down and they walked in the corner. She let her sit him to rest.

" Oh! the witch man used his last remaining strength to turn you back. It will just worthless" the girl said as she casted a spell.

" In the north- line block, in the west- sufferings block, on the south -crossing block and the east -a turmoil block ,Cage dè imdutòs"

A huge metal cage formed above my head.

" God speed!"

Alyck dodges  the cage and ran towards the girl.

" God lightning volts"

Alyck throws the volts towards the girl making her shock. The girl never thought she'll be facing a God magic user. Alyck runs and hold her sword tight.

The girl dodges it but she was hit with Alyck's sword instead. Her right arm was s***h down.

" Ahhh!"

The girl shrieks in pain as blood flows from her wounded arm.

"If I were you, I will change my life. Surrender now it would be such a waste for you"

" Stop blabbering nonsense. I will kill you no matter what." she said and quickly move with her vampire speed and rush towards her. Her wounds healed like it was nothing.

Weapons were useless for vampires. They can heal it easily only powerful magic can killed them.

Alyck waited for the girl to attack. She felt her strength started to deflate.

" Bogsh!"

A sound of one heavy blow punch against her sword. Winds with dust were scattered after the impact.

" God lightning volt"

As Alyck struck the lightning volt to the girls heart her sword broke into pieces.

The girl lied down as he closed her eyes the sun start to shine back.

Alyck was so exhausted as she kneeled in front of the girl.

" Alyck!!!!" Tristan shouted as he saw him look down from above the cave. He jumped towards her as he noticed a beautiful girl lye down dead.

" You! , why did you killed her? Such a waste of a beauty. She hasn't see my handsome face yet"

" Stop whining and help the old man. He helped me against this witch." I replied and covered her body with my Zhang Shan. She was still a stubborn childish girl need to be respectively buried. 

Alyck put some stones to cover the girls’ body until it formed a little hill of stones.

" Ok fine, but damn these 3 huge spiders. It eats children a lot. Are you ok? You can still walk right? You look so mess." he commented like a mother who don't care about you.

He helped the old man as he carried him in his back. I look at my sword. I think I need to buy new one.

"Are those children safe?" the old man asked

" Of course, I'm the handsome savior for them. They went back to their families now." Tristan answered while smiling wide.

" Let's go, I'm tired. I want to sleep"

" Hahaha, did you do something with that girl like some smoochy?"

" Shut up, i***t!"

" They were some commotion going Ruepe City. You might be able to find what you’re looking for." the old spoke made us stunned. 

" Then we have another destination to go. Thank you, old man." Tristan uttered delightfully.

"Yes another bag. I can buy new disguised clothes and foods with these." Tristan uttered as he looked at the reward.

" Give it back to them. They needed it more than us. These villagers help that money to raise." I said as I glanced their clothes. Tristan understand it and return the money.

" Here, old man helped your village bloom like a new flower. We don't need them" Tristan smiled and handed back the bag to the people.

" Thank you so much. This village will be grateful with you two."

" We're glad to help you and you give us new information as well so it’s fair." Tristan replied

" Just trained these children, old man. They have potential to be stronger and be able to protect this village." I spoke as I glance these children smiling wide with their bright eyes.

These children may be new heroes someday if they'll be guided properly and trained accurately. They might be stronger than us in the future.

" I will, thank you again. Be careful on your journey" he nodded and smiled.

"Thank you big brothers, hope we meet again. I'll be stronger by the next you come by." a boy waved at them. The children smiled widely as they waved their hands.

" Bye big brother handsome! I'll be handsome too" a boy shouted loud making other kids laughed.

"You’re a son of s**t. You gain a successor" I commented as I smirked at him.

" Hahaha, that's the power of my true handsomeness"

"I'm hoping your stupidity won't inherit with your offspring someday" I said as I walk ahead.

"Yah! you're so mean!" he frowned and argue.

"I'm not I'm telling facts here" I shrugged his whining.

" Wow! you became big brother to them now" 

Tristan teased Alyck making other snorted.

" I don't care! Let's go! whiny horse" I just shrugged on his remarks.

" Yah! These days your words start to level up. I hate it"

Tristan complained and frowned at her while Alyck just rolled her eyes.

" Teleport to Ruepe City" I said.

" Yah wait for me!!You cold-hearted impatient bastard! Teleport to Ruepe City."
