Orla had waited a few minutes to make sure the holocast was gone before she entered the control room and strode toward Lorcan.
“You were eavesdropping?” Lorcan c****d an eyebrow at her.
Orla shrugged, put her arms around him, and snuggled into his chest. Then she rose up on tiptoes to kiss him. She had no idea how they were going to find this unknown creature, but she knew that if anyone could do the impossible, it would be Lorcan. She was going to make sure that she was there with him.
