I was still feeling a little nervous around him. Simon had been acting so strange recently. I couldn't help picking up his nervous energy every time I saw him. When he insisted that we needed to talk, the clinic was about to close. I told Willard to take it from there and then put on my coat, and left with Simon. I kept sensing a growing distance between us. He said that he wanted to talk to me. It just so happened that I wanted to make things clear to him as well.
