“How do you take two men at the same time?”
My ears perked up when I overheard the hushed conversation between Chloe and her human friend.
“I like this friend,” the parasite named Rome murmured.
Chloe’s face turned a beautiful rosy shade, then she looked over at me and my brother before quickly looking back at the girl and giggling.
The girl probably wasn’t aware that every other person in this room had supernatural hearing, and even though they were whispering to one another, we could all pick up every detail of the conversation. Riley and Winnie perked right up too, Riley with a grin on his face and Winnie looking ready to bolt. Two women talking about s*x probably made him uncomfortable.
“W-why would you ask me? Couldn’t, well, your mates explain that?” Chloe said so
