To say I was in shock would be an understatement. Adam had actually listened and was willing to trust in others. Fair enough, he laid a threat down. My father's menacing gaze at all of the wolves told me he backed up Adam one hundred percent. Were we really about to let free thirty or so wolves though? I know what I said, but I was still nervous. Amber places her hand on my shoulder, so I turn to look at her.
" I won't let the rotten ones come out, Chelsea, I promise " she says in a small voice. " I just hope I find my brother. Did you say there was more outside ?" She asks. I nodded at her. "Yes, there could also still be more left on the island, she's outside the house. There is a shield on the house stopping her getting to us. But they fear she will break through soon" .
