Almost got caught

Kristina's POV

I woke up feeling a bare chest as my pillow, the flashbacks of what Xavier has done to me came back a gasp left my mouth when I saw him beside me topless peacefully sleeping I felt embarrassed for letting my ground down just like that, I can't let him manhandle me again.

I got away from him cautious of my every move and went to the bathroom. I just realized that this was my room that jerk must have known. I can smell his scent on me so I took a long shower I have to get rid of it. After showering I put on the bathrobe and went out of the bathroom to fetch my clothes. I have forgotten to bring them with me. I hope the beast is still sleeping.

"What a nice view to wake up." Xavier's husky voice said he was sitting on the bed as he buttoned his suit.

I rolled my eyes and glared at him, "You can't just treat me like that!"

"Like what?" he asked, acting all innocent.

"Carrying me like I'm a sack of potato, what if someone has seen us? Kissing me without my consent, for forcing me to do things, that is why I hate you! Can't you understand? I don't want to be treated like that." I snapped

"First of all you're my mate the f**k I care about them, second keep on lying Kristina we both know you like it." He said getting closer to me, his lips tempting me to kiss it for I wish to taste it again too his eyes show dangerous thoughts. And I don't like it, it's so hard to resist.

"Go to your room Xavier." I sighed, pleading with my eyes. I'm tired of fighting with him right now. I'm not in the mood I came here to solve the small problem that I have with mom not to amuse him.

"At least a bye-bye kiss." He mocked, I glared at him warning him before I might do something wrong.

"Okay, okay bye love see you later." He grinned scanning my body up and down before heading to the door.

"Where do you think you're going?" I asked smirking

"Going to my room, unless you want me to do something else." He said, winking at me.

"Get out through my balcony," I commanded

"You're crazy." He said, surprised "I know."

"You're serious?" He asked again. I nod at him waiting for him to get out when a knock on my door startled me.

"Who is it?" I shouted

"Sis, can I come in?" Trexus asked.

"NO! NO! I'm naked!" I shouted half lying. I felt Xavier's hands on my waist, his lips trailing kisses on my neck.

"Oh sorry, anyway come downstairs were having a family dinner I still have to find Xavier." Trexus beamed

"Oh hmm kay, okay I'm just gonna get dress," I replied pushing Xavier away from me.

"What do you think you're doing?" I whispered he just smirked at me then jumped out of my balcony. After calming myself down I put on my clothes for dinner.

"Honey how's the pack?" mom asked

"We doubled our training right now due to the rogue attack that lately occurred, Everything is fine nothing change," I answered feeling awkward at the moment

"Sis there's a rogue attack that happened? How come I didn't know!" Maxx said with a mouthful of food.

"You should stop your obsession with games now look at what happens when you're away," I said still angry at him

"Won't gonna happen again," Trexus answered feeling guilty

The truth is I can't eat comfortably due to Xavier's gaze.

"Yahh, what happened to your neck?" brother Yuan asked with a glint in his eye. He sat beside my mate, Xavier smirk grew wide while he continued to eat his meal Like he wasn't the culprit. It must be a hickey. I didn't even notice it. So that's why he's smirking like a creep. You will pay when we get back home.

"Ahh, it must have been a mosquito bite. Dad, my room must have not been cleaned for so long." I lied, changing the topic, my heart pecking and I calmed myself before they'd find out.

"I'll get the servant to clean them after the meal," Dad answered sipping on his wine. Phew, thank god they bought it. I nod then continued back to eat ignoring their political topic and other stuff that I'm not interested in.

After dinner dad went to play chess with Xavier in the living room while brother Yuan, Trexus, and Maxx went to the game room to play video games. While mom and I are in the garden to talk.

"Mom, I already stopped the contract." I started

"We already know, look that contract is for your own good you haven't found your mate and it's not appropriate for a female to rule a pack that's a men job, Alpha Jax was willing to marry you if you coul-" I was getting annoyed at her I came here to fix the problem with her not to follow her order me again. I cut her by saying "I already found my mate." She was stunned and happy that I already have.

"Where is he let us meet him then?" She asked excitedly at the thought of me having a mate.

"Soon, But not now," I said smiling a little bit at the thought of Xavier meeting my parents.

"Okay I won't force you again but at least join the wolf ball this year." She said as she fans herself.

"Fine, I will," I answered rolling my eyes.

We celebrate Wolfball once a year. It was made by the royal family, the king of kings, queen of queens, alpha of all alphas, they are the king of all werewolves more powerful than Xavier. Xavier is the only king of this country, the infamous king of this country tsk what an ass.

"I suppose you're going to come with your mate. That would be a good idea. Make sure to make friends with other alpha's. It could help to make our pack stronger. Your brothers will be there too so don't get yourself into trouble. Understood?" She blabbered

"Loud and clear mother," I answered I'm not a child anymore but I still get treated like one.

"Good now hug mama. te extrano querida." She said as she pulled me into a hug.

"We're okay now mama?" I giggled as I hug her back

"Yes but you have to keep your promise the ball will be next month." She added

"I know I know." I sighed

"Come let's go inside you might be bitten by a mosquito again." That's where I paled. She laughed at my sudden expression and pinch my nose.

"You think I wouldn't find out. Kristina, I'm a Luna I know everything especially when it comes to my children." She laughed

"Do they all know too?" I gulped

"Your father and Yuan are suspicious besides that nothing, whatever your problem both, I hope it won't come to reject each other. That boy is perfect, don't let him go." She said with a worry eyes

I nodded at her not knowing what to say, We headed back inside the house and promised each other to keep it a secret in the meantime.

"Hope the two of you already fixed your problem," Dad said as he made his move on the chessboard,

"Sí papa. But I have to go back tomorrow morning."

"You just came to visit and now you're talking of leaving tomorrow. Can you at least stay for another day?" Dad said

"Fine." I sighed and gave up on their request. I missed them anyway. It's been almost a year since my last visit.

"Anyway, how's your leg?" I asked as I remembered his damaged leg. He lifted his pajamas and showed me his legs that had been ripped and were equipped with a robot leg.
