"Mom..." Her voice echoed in the room as she tried to anticipate what happened to her mom. Everything was fine when she was leaving for her college. Mom was reading the newspaper when she saw her. Right now she was surprised to see her mother lying and surrounded by doctors.
Tears welled up in Gloria's eyes as she gazed down at her mother's pale face. Catherine became unresponsive as if she lost hope.
"What happened to her? She is not even answering me?" She asked while her eyes darted to the sterile white tape wrapped around her mother's wrist. Her heart skipped a beat, and her eyes tapered, she was worried that her mom was not a normal sick person but something happened when she was not in the mansion.
"Mrs. Catherine attempted suicide in the morning. She tried twice to kill herself.
