A week had passed since our wedding day, and Elijah’s reaction to Jessica’s pregnancy news was beyond words. He couldn’t contain his happiness, racing through the mansion, shouting in delight. “I’m going to be a father,” he exclaimed with pure joy, his smile radiating happiness.
Jessica, on the other hand, has been restless and consumed by anxiety. Ella has been doing her best to reassure her, promising that everything would turn out fine.
Yesterday, as I entered the room to see her, I found her in bed with red, teary eyes. It’s no surprise she’s scared since this is her first time being pregnant, and she’s unsure of what lies ahead.
Finally, today she emerged from the bedroom and joined us at the kitchen island for breakfast, where we currently find ourselves.
