For the past two days I’ve been very emotional and today is worse because Kane's father called him instructing him to leave for New York for a business meeting
“Baby girl, you can’t come with me. You need to rest.”
as I stand in front of him, tears streaming down my cheeks, I try to convince him to let me go.
“I want to . I'm feeling fine, and I have my pain medication if needed. I don't want to be alone, so please let me come with you."
“Baby girl," he sighs, placing his hand on my cheek, "you won't be alone. Jessica and Elijah are here with you. I'll be back before you even realize it."
They are leaving for Spain tomorrow, and if he doesn't return, I'll be alone. I'm already frightened to leave the house, so why would I want to stay here on my own?
