ELIZABETH’S POV
When we got to the mansion all the pack elders were waiting for us outside including the friendly Mrs. Olsen. They looked disappointed that Liam had been the one to catch me particularly Ashley’s dad. Liam and I strolled hand in hand ignoring their disapproving glares.
“We have just received word of what happened in the forest” Elder Madsen said
“What word was that?” Liam asked
“That Tom was killed,” he said
“We didn’t see Tom today even during the meeting so how did he end up in the forest dead?” Liam asked and the old man dropped his head in shame.
“Anyway what is the next thing that you want us to do, to prove to you that she is indeed the rightful Alpha?” he asked and Elder Madsen rolled his eyes
