She thought it was over until she heard a footstep sounding very very close. It was like the person was intentionally stepping light inorder to catch Alexia.
She could not run as her body was glued down in fear, she could not even think of what to do or say or how to scream!
She knew the person was so close to her side and when the figure appeared.
The person screamed and so was Alexia who didn't look up to see what it was! Or who it might turn out to be!
They just kept screaming like there was no tomorrow and they didn't stop until their throat gave up.
Alexia couldn't take anymore but fell to the ground in fear, almost wishing for the ground to split open and allow her to disappear.
