The reception was beautiful. The hall was decked in a gorgeous fall theme with lanterns, candles, flowers. It was like it was taken out of a Pinterest board. Honestly, it probably was. Dinner was delicious. We had a choice of steak, stuffed chicken or baked salmon and of course, since we all picked something different, we were able to eat a bit of each other’s dishes. There was a lot of dancing and instead of a cake, they opted for cupcakes, which ended up being perfect. The night was going beautifully, until it came to the toasts.
Cling cling cling
“It’s time for the maid of honor and the best man to make their toasts.” The DJ announced.
