  She dropped the envelope, not wanting to open it. The contents of the envelope solely involved Luke, and she didn't want to invade more than she already had.   She made her way upstairs. She needed to call Darrell.   Luke got home quite late that night, and he remained in his car, feeling the sadness that usually came along with this day, creeping in slowly.   He'd immersed himself in work, so he wouldn't have to think about it, but now he wasn't working, and it didn't take long to engulf him.
