I paced back and forth, thinking about Sadie. That girl was just supposed to be having fun, but now she got herself wrapped up with some boy. I kept telling her boys bring trouble, but she never listened.
"Would you stop pacing? You are making me nervous," Elisa said.
"Sadie ran into trouble with some of the counselors. I knew I shouldn't have let her join that stupid camp!" I said irritably.
Elisa looked concerned. "Is she okay?"
"She is fine. Apparently, some guy saved her and got himself kicked out from the camp, and now she wants me to help him," I said.
"Aww, my baby finally got her first boyfriend," Elisa gushed.
I stopped pacing and glared at her. "No! She is not allowed!" I declared.
