Zac’s pov The circus started as I watched a show being on display. The elders whispered amongst themselves while I looked around to see some of the crowd members enjoying it. I wondered—maybe I had been too harsh to label the circus a failure, or whatever it was I labeled it to be. Maybe it was not that bad. I mean… people seemed to be enjoying it right? It wasn’t that bad. Plus a lot of people around were with their families. The acts too were family friendly. Anyone from the lowest to the highest can watch and enjoy what was on display. My beta leaned to me. “So, what do you think?” he asked. I shrugged. “I don’t know. Just a bunch of people dancing on the stage. There’s nothing more to it.” He said, “There is, actually.” He looked around to make sure nobody was eavesdropping on us
