“Calling the Corners” looked to be a rather elaborate spell, and it was one that Deirdre was going to need be a part of, would have to choose to cast. That meant Cole would have to have that talk with her. He had a letter from her father now, after all. It would be cruel to keep it from her. All of these incredible things were happening around her, to her, and she deserved to know why. Still, I didn’t envy Cole having to broach that conversation. According to a couple of posts from her blog, it was clear that Deirdre was quite happy, especially with Cole.
