Chapter Fifteen
Just the Two of Us
Dinner was fun for Cat and Sam. They joked with each other and tickled each other and acted like kids playing together. The lobster cooked quickly and they added rice and a salad to their repast. The wine went down smoothly and they fed each other as they got a little tipsy. Both had drawn butter on their face, but neither cared. Sam licked it off Cat and she returned the favor. For dessert, they had some designer macaroons, in various flavors, that Sam had brought back with him from a little store in New York. They were delicious.
Coffee with Irish Crème topped off the meal. They were still in a playful mood. “Come here, gorgeous creature,” Sam commanded Cat as he pulled her close. She tilted her head and he kissed her hungrily. She melted in his arms
