Arriving at our hideout, everyone was paired in places, Laria remained with me for well-known reasons.
“How long are we going to wait out here Vanessa, do you think the vampires will show up?”
“They ought to be, Laria, we just have to be patient. Kyan's blood will draw them out, I am sure they are close by, just being cautious of their actions. It's a trap after all.”
