"Good morning, Major Vanessa," Kathrine, my maid, greeted.
"Morning Kathrine, is she here?" I asked, draping my jacket over my shoulder.
"Yes, Major Vanessa, ma'am Laria is waiting for you downstairs. Alpha Stan has also sent words regarding your presence in tomorrow's court meeting.” Kathrine informed me.
I sigh, nodding. Picking up my car key, I headed towards the door but halted. "Kathrine?"
"Yes, ma'am?" The young brown-headed maid turned to stare at me, a sweet smile on her face. "For the umpteenth time, it's just Vanessa."
