Elizabeth offered to take Dean back to the motel while I stayed with Chase during the night. She really is the best friend I could ever ask for. Once Chase fell asleep, I pulled the notebook out the Dean handed me earlier. Turns out, it's Wendy's diary.
I spent all night reading it and shedding tears for Dean and all the men this woman manipulated. My father and I only lived in Pleasant View for a short amount of time, so I was confused about Dean's age at first. Turns out, he got her pregnant when we lived in our previous town. It only happens to be fifteen minutes away from the campground that Wendy and Dean were living at. Speaking of which, he didn't believe Wendy when she told him she was pregnant and refused to ever acknowledge or visit the child.
