Heart Failure— that's what the doctor said. It wasn't detected earlier, and it happened so suddenly that even the doctors couldn't explain everything.
I sat on a chair as I listened to the Doctor who was explaining to me, but it seemed like I couldn't understand a thing.
Jade was standing beside me, letting my head rest on her shoulders as she tried to comfort me.
“We're really sorry for what happened to your baby, Mrs. Ferrer. We did everything we could to save him,“ the doctor said sadly.
