The next morning--
Charlotte was crying with her head down between her knees. When Rex woke up from sleep he didn’t find Charlotte beside him. He jumped off, not finding Charlotte in bed.
When Rex got down from the bed to see where Charlotte was, he wondered where Charlotte went with her sick body. He saw Charlotte was sitting on the floor with her head between her legs. It is understood that she is crying. He wondered why she was crying.
Seeing Charlotte sitting and crying like this, Rex came to her and sat down beside her.
Rex said to Charlotte, " Why are you crying? Does it still hurt? I did give you medicine last night. Did it not work? It should have worked."
