The Crowned Princess

Chapter 1

Princess Tiffany tried hard as she can to keep on smiling while waving on thousands of citizens that wanted to see her before she enters the venue for the coronation and declaration of her being the Crown Princess. Princess' convoy was near the location when their cars were stopped by a black car. Unknown armed men surrounded the car

of the Princess.

"Protect the Princess at all costs!" all Agents and guards announced on their telecommunication devices.

"What is wrong?" The Princess, who's clueless because of the tinted windows of the car asked her assistant who was beside her.

"Some rebels stopped our convoy, Your Majesty. But please don't worry, our police escorts are sorting it out."

Just in time, their car started moving again. That's when the Princess heaved a sigh of relief.

"Your Majesty, I will just coordinate with men outside who'll give us our cue." Princess Tiffany nodded.

She looked at herself in the mirror once more before smiling. Here comes the day that she's been gradually trying to avoid from happening-her coronation day. She knows that with this new and higher position, she's holding a humungous responsibility. Along with the responsibilities are dangers that could harm her life, as there are people who want her dead to claim the crown for themselves.

"Your Majesty, it's time." it was those few words from her assistant that made her smile and get out of the car.

She was stunned by the camera's flashes upon getting out. She heard the chants from her people who are dying to see their new Crown Princess-the Future Queen. Princess Tiffany genuinely smiled at her people and the cameras. With that, she climbed the stairs walking on the long red carpet before getting into the Royal Hall.

She smiles upon seeing her grandfather- The King who is waiting up front holding the diamond crown and the scepter that would be given to her. Everyone gave their brightest smiles except for her two enemies; those who want to take the crown away from her, Princess Mona and Prince Alan.

It was a short and solemn ceremony. The Crown Princess stood before the King after being crowned and given the scepter.

"Greetings to his Majesty, King Hen Ri, and Her Majesty, Crown Heir to the Korean throne, Princess Hwang Mi Young.." all people inside bowed at the monarchs as they wave their thanks to everyone.

Meanwhile, the Special Task Force Team was summoned by the General just after a mission.

"The Crown Princess' convoy was stopped by a group of rebels earlier. Luckily, the Royal Escort was able to get the Princess to the Royal Hall safely. When King Hen Ri heard about the news, he wanted this to be investigated. Our team was assigned to protect the Princess until this matter gets fully resolved. Princess Tiffany has an upcoming trip to Thailand and we will be escorting her there." the General briefed.

"But Captain is still on vacation." Lieutenant Han complains.

"Contact the Captain and tell him that he has to be back ASAP." the Lieutenants saluted at their General before it stormed out of the room.

"I still don't think that I'm suitable enough for this position, grandpa." Princess Tiffany sits with the King to sort things out.

"My dear, in this household, you are the only one who's capable enough for this position. Do not ever doubt yourself." The Princess smiled as her grandfather embraces her in a warm hug.

"I can't accept the fact that I'm heading out for duty as soon as I get anointed." She made a face which the King just laughed off.

"As I've always said, this one is a humungous task. So expect surprises from now on." The Princess nodded with a smile. "About what happened earlier..."

"I almost got assassinated," she says.

"I have already appointed people to investigate on that matter. Now that you are going out of the country and of my protection, I want you to stay alert. It's much easier for the rebels to do harm to you since you are not in Korea. So be ready on any harm." The King kept reminding the Princess about the difficult situation that she is in now that she

is in a higher position.

"I know, Grandpa. I can take care of myself, now. And besides, I know which precautionary measures to take."

The Princess was escorted back to her palace to go to bed. Tomorrow, she has a dangerous day ahead of her.

THE NEXT DAY, Princess Tiffany, with her escorts were brought to the airport by the Special Task Force Team. They will be accompanying her to Thailand, as well.

"Welcome to Thailand, Your Majesty." A group of politicians welcomed the Princess upon arriving at Suvarnabhumi International Airport.

Another set of men escorted her to the Hotel.

"I appreciate the help and security, General Kapoor. But I came here to rest. I won't feel relaxed with this tight security. I'm fine with my original escort back from Korea." Princess Tiffany complained.

"But Your Majesty, we have been ordered by the higher-ups and the King to protect you and tighten the security." The Princess nodded

"I can protect myself. And besides, JC, my personal guard and Prim, my assistant are here. There are also those Korean task force agents to protect me. It's fine. If anything happens, I won't take you accountable, I promise." The Princess gave him her biggest smile so the Chief was able to give in.

As soon as she got into her luxury room, she threw herself on the bed and rested for a bit. This night, she will be attending a banquet to commence the union and strong relationship of Korea and Thailand.

"Your Majesty, your escorts are ready. Everyone's waiting in the lobby." JC, the Princess' personal guard announced.

Princess Tiffany shook her hands to every people that welcomed her. 

The King of Thailand and Princesses from neighboring countries also went to see the Princess.

"Princess Tiffany.." a beautiful lady greeted her with a smile and a warm embrace.

"Queen Alice..." Princess Tiffany hugged the latter back. "I'm glad you're here."

"This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for us to reunite, so I took the chance and cleared my schedule just to see you.." Queen Alice explained.

"I am very honored, that the Queen of Hrysos came here just to see me." Both women laughed. "King Davin, you're also here." Princess Tiffany also smiled at the Queen's escort, King Davin-the husband.

"I couldn't leave the Queen alone, especially on a trip like this, Your Majesty. And besides, we will also take this opportunity to have a short vacation." King Davin chuckles lightly.

"Ohh.. I like that tactic." The Princess smiled. "Let's all get in.."

The whole night, Princess Tiffany chatted with Queen Alice-her best friend from a nearby Kingdom in Thailand.
