Princess Tiffany woke up very early the next day for her trip to Pattaya, Thailand where she will be staying for two days to enjoy the beach.
Her escort sent her to Dong Mueng Airport for her charter flight to Pattaya. The Princess was admiring the view during the whole flight. It has been a while since she last went to a vacation so she is really looking forward to this trip.
"Your Majesty, the town house in the Island is ready. The Royal Escorts are already waiting outside." Princess Tiffany got herself ready before getting off the helicopter that brought her to the island.
"Get rid of the guards since I am here for a vacation. I want a peaceful surrounding and I'm confident that I won't die here. And even if trouble comes, I can protect myself." the Princess confidently said.
"But Your Majesty—"
"No buts, Prim. This is a Royal Order." the Assistant didn't hesitate to say a word.
"At least let me stay with you, your majesty to help you get dressed." JC- the Personal Assistant and dresser proposed.
"No. I can get dressed by myself."
Princess Tiffany's face started looking serious so both her assistants stopped talking. After a bow, they boarded the helicopter once again and frustratingly looked as the Princess waved them goodbye happily.
"I'm finally free." she whispered then played with the sand.
Princess Tiffany decided to change into her bathing suit after a while. She will be enjoying the beach by herself—or not.
"Please ask the boss to give me one more day. I will be back after tomorrow. Have someone fetch me." A muscular man says on his telecommunication device.
He shut the device off after hearing a familiar sound from an aircraft. Is it possible that someone else is in this island aside from him?
With his eyes darted on the helicopter and the woman by the town house, he decided to take his gun out and quietly went near the private house.
Princess Tiffany was already enjoying the beach when she felt that someone placed a gun on the back of her head.
"Who are you?" She heard a baritone voice.
"—and you?" It took her a while before asking. "what are you doing in my island?"
"Your Island? The last time I check, this place is owned by the government and as a government official and citizen of Thailand, I have the very right to get into this island."
"You—" the Princess didn't say another word for the man placed the gun on her head once again.
"Who are you?" he asked her again.
"—just a normal citizen like you who decided to have a vacation in this Island." it took her a moment before choosing the right words to use.
Right now, the best thing that she can do to keep her safe is to hide her identity of being a Princess.
"And you're staying in the house?" He asked, crossed arms.
"I asked permission from the government." The man just let her be and returned to the shore.
"Idiotic man. You will be punished once I return to the city." The Princess whispered to herself, making sure that she won't be heard.
Later that night, the Princess was making super for herself when she heard knocks from the door. She immediately knew who it was because there are only two of them in the Island anyway.
"What are you doing here?" She irritably asked. A
"I'm here to sleep and have super as well. You see, this place belongs to the government. Nothing in here is owned by you." Princess Tiffany just hissed.
"I hate him." She, once again whispered on herself. "Fine. Get in."
"So.. what are you having for dinner, woman?" Princess Tiffany irritatingly looked at the man for having called "woman"
"Just some pasta.." she said then resumed cooking the sauce for the pasta.
"Good thing that I'm finally eating real food tonight. I've been eating canned foods since three days ago." the man said, asking for pity from the later.
"and who told you that I'm going to share my food with you?" Princess Tiffany crossed her arms.
"me?" the Princess just chuckled because of the man's naughtiness.
Being the kind person that she is, she offered him a plate of the same pasta that she is going to eat.
"It looks like this is not your first time in this island." The Princess initiated the conversation.
"I'm a regular here. Whenever I have the time off work, I visit this place. It's just a pity that I'm not as capable as you to be able to ask permission from the government to stay in this house." Princess Tiffany chuckled. 'If you only know' she thought.
"What are you, anyway?" She asks.
"A person?" The man jokingly said.
"Please be serious na ka~~"
"Oh. You know thai." Princess Tiffany displayed her famous serious glare that made the guy become serious. "I am Lieutenant Commander Nichkhun Buck Horvejkul."
"A soldier." Princess Tiffany just grinned and continued eating.
"You?" She shrugged.
"You won't believe me if I say it now."
The next morning, Princess Tiffany woke up early to enjoy the view from the beach. She was surprised to see Lieutenant Nichkhun sleeping soundly on the lounge's couch. She sneaked out quietly to not bother him from his sleep. Right after, she enjoyed the beach.
It was later on when the soldier got out from the house. He was admiring the view from nature-and the woman enjoying the beach.
"Hey Khun! Are you expecting a visitor today?" Nichkhun asks the woman as he saw a speed boat 15 meters away from the shore.
"Ha?" the Princess looked at the direction he was pointing.
"They are armed!" Princess Tiffany quickly got off the beach and wore her shirt and pants given by the man.
They started running before the group of men fired shots directed to them. The last time she checked, they were already breathing heavily while running into the woods.
"I have made a ladder. Go up the tree and hide from the mean time." The Princess did not waste any time and climed the trees.
She was on time. As soon as she was safe up, the group of armed men arrived. Good thing that Nichkhun was also armed to fight the bad guys.
When it was already safe, the Princess came down and realized that those people who attacked them just now was also the same group that stopped her convoy during the coronation.
"Who are you really? This is the first time that this happened in my whole experience of visiting this Island."
"I don't know.." were the only words that came out of the Princess' mouth before walking back.
"We won't be staying in the guest house tonight. They did not get what they want and I believe that that's you. So in order to be safe, we will stay in the woods tonight and return to the shore tomorrow when my friend arrives to pick me up."
Princess Tiffany did not bother to argue. Right now, the best thing to do is comply because she knows that if she follow what the man wants, she will be safe.
