Diana turned her head as she felt someone's breath on the back of her hair.
She stroked her chest in shock as she saw Canis already beside her, very close.
"What's wrong?” Diana asked.
Canis grimaced. “We were planning to take you to dinner with the rest of the secretarial team.” She scratched her head that wasn't itchy. "It's just that we haven't done a proper welcome for you, Diana. Actually, when we have a new employee, we always do a welcoming party, but when you came in yesterday, we didn't have time to do it because the day was so chaotic."
Canis took a deep breath, “so today we would like to officially greet you among the secretarial team.”
Diana nodded in understanding, she actually didn't mind not being properly greeted as Canis explained because on her first day of work ever
