Alexander’s phone rang, causing him to slow down behind me as we made our way to our suite. And because with the situation between the both of us, I wasn’t sure how I was suppose to act. All traces of confidence that had gotten me through the day was gone now, and all that was left, was reality.
Last night, had been the best night of my life. Well, I had wanted more, and at the same time, was scared of what I wanted. I mean, this was the man who had caused my whole life to shatter about. If I hadn’t been in his bed that morning, I would have still had my life in control.
But then again, I wouldn’t have known everything I know now.
