as he thought they have the upper hand, in a split second we saw a chance of escape

my mother, sister and I took the the opportunity to run for our lives along side few pups who were still alive l, since the warriors from each side have engaged in a more fiercer battle, we run as if our life depends on it

The Alpha and other warriors tried their very best to avoid much death but not with the blue moon pack wolves who are vicious and vile, atlast the battle was over with every member of the pack dead and the Alpha left to die while looking at his falling pack.

My Father managed to slowly trace us to our hiding spot, he was beyond recognition and my mother was already crying for her mate, we have to keep moving into neutral land for our safety

The seven pups with us were taken to a nearby pack so we can travel far since the Alpha refused to accommodate us inorder not to anger the blue moon pack, we made our journey through neutral lands for safety reason because father was already very weak and his wolf was not healing him at a normal speed because he has lost a lot of blood and we could not afford to wait a day or two for him to rest for fear of being captured as such we continue to travel only resting for few hours.

We have been traveling for over 7 days when we finally came to neutral land and we saw an abondon house in the middle of the bush and we decided to rest for some few days since we have put enough distance between us and the people chasing us.

Cleaning and making the place look decent for living, we went to into the forest to get anything to help with food and firewood

It was on the hunt that I perceived the most delicious scent of chocolate and rain forest, my feet moved on their as if they have mind of there own, I followed the scent deep inside the forest with my sisters chasing after me and shouting my name but mind was blank all I wanted then was to see what or who this delicious scent belongs to, once I found what making my feet moved on their own, standing before me is the most handsome man I ever seen in my entire life, even when my subconscious mind was telling me to take cautious but my wolf kept shouting at me to go forward as the person standing before me is my mate, just when I started moving closer to him my sister had to forcefully nudge me back to my senses because my mate happens to be human staying in the middle of forest

Her nudge actually came as an awakening to me cos my senses returned immediately to my head, and I started moving back from him before I get trapped in his green eyes, but no my mate will not take that as he started moving towards me as if he too was not prepared to see any one in the forest let alone ladies in the middle of nowhere

He ran after us but a human can't be as fast as we werewolves, when we got back to the building we explained everything to my Dad who was also suprise to learn of the existence of a human in the forest
