Malia’s POV.

“Where were you all night?” I heard my Aunt ask as I entered the house. She looked at me, eyes narrowed. Anna stood there, beside her mother. Wasn't she married to Alpha kylian already? What was she still doing here? I pondered. I looked totally wasted and spent. Of course I would, I had some part of the night in the club.

And spending the night with a stranger.

“Since when did you start to care about me?or where I've been.” I blurted out.

“You rude thing. When did you learn to talk back to me? Huh?” She yelled. But at this point, I wasn't scared of her anymore. I have always tried to respect her and endure everything she and Anna do to me in this house, all for the sake that I was living under her roof and also for the fact that I was going to marry Alpha kylian and move into the royal castle. But now, there was no need for all of it. I was left with nothing, rejected, no mate, no parents. She might as well send me away from this house if she wanted to, I didn't care anymore.

I walked out on her.

“Tell me she didn't just walk out on you, mother.”

“What an ungrateful, little b***h. Let her be, she is just jealous and angry that you are now Luna, my darling” my aunt mocked me.

I slammed my door, laid on my bed with my eyes closed. I tried remembering how I had gotten to the bed with the stranger last night, but it was blurry.

I just knew one thing. I remembered I had laid my eyes on a distinctive tattoo on his neck, and it was quite scary and it made him look monstrous.

I sighed and stood from my bed. I needed to take a shower and get something to eat. I urged myself and went into the bathroom.

I remembered the fact that I had lost my virginity to a stranger, my cousin was married to my mate, I burst into loud tears. The shower patters on the floor covered up my loud sob, as the water washed from my head to my toes.

I sat on the floor, confused, upset at how different my life was and how I had planned it. It was so different from what my parents had planned for me.

I wailed loudly and then wiped my tears after a while. Tears weren't going to bring me back my virginity or reverse my being rejected. I took a bath and went downstairs to get something to eat. I saw my aunt and cousin chatting, laughing and taking out the wedding gifts she received.

“Oh finally. She has come out. I need you to pack my things as I shall be going into my marital home tomorrow. Anna said happily, it felt like she was mocking me. I ignored her as I scooped some bananas and some oats into a bowl and started carrying it upstairs.

“Where are you going? Didn't you hear her?” Aunt asked and I looked at her. I sighed and turned around and looked at them.

“I'm sorry but I can't help you with that. I've got more important things to do. Aren't you Luna now? You could go call your Alpha's maids to help you out with packing.” I beamed at both of them. I was satisfied just by seeing the look on their faces, faces levelled with anger.

“I have it up to my neck with your cockiness and rudeness this morning. What is wrong with you?” My aunt yelled, standing up to her feet.

“Calm down, mother.” Anna said with a soothing tone, pulling aunt Jane back to sit.

“I'll handle this b***h myself, don't worry.” Anna assured her mother, she gazed at me, her words threatening but I knew better now than to fear the both of them. I walked back up to my room, leaving them to their mother and daughter drama. I walked to my bedroom and shut the door.

Sitting on my bed, I switched on the TV in my bedroom, waiting for the Netflizx to come up. I started having my breakfast, when I heard shouts of cheering.

What was the problem? I looked out my window and saw a car drive in. I watched as my Aunt and cousin walked out of the house, with Kylian beside them.

I instantly turned away and continued eating my oats. “Miss Malia?” I heard a maid call from behind the door.

“Yes?” I answered.

“Your Aunt has called for you. She said you need to come right now. Her son, the most powerful Alpha has arrived.” She said and my eyes widened.

“Alpha Jerome?!!” I asked and she nodded.

Everybody knew who Alpha Jerome was. Infamous for being cold, calculating and Dominating. Ruthless as well. I hurriedly freshened up and changed into comfortable clothes. I didn’t have any nice clothes, so I just wore what I deemed fit and went downstairs.

“Welcome home, my son.” My aunt said, with beaming bright smiles. Anna and Kylian were all smiles at him.

“Hi, Mom.” I heard his deep voice and it sent shivers down my spine. That voice. I had heard it before. I tried to search in my head where I had heard it.

Moan for me. c*m for me, you pretty little b***h. My hairs stood on my back when I remembered it. It was him.

The man I had spent the night with. Why did his voice and the one night stand stranger sound so similar. I held my breath and waited for him to pass by. I was going red with not being able to breath. He passed by and his scent was so strong, it made me feel dizzy instantly. I got a hold of myself and noticed he was looking at me. He turned and I saw it.

The tattoo on his neck. It was him.

The person I had spent the night with was my cousin!.
