Karen lifted her head a little off her cell bed where she was lying on, startled when she heard a buzzing sound, "are you still startled?" Emilia asked when she saw how startled Karen was as soon as the buzzer went off, sitting up on her cell bed as well, and slipping her feet into her shoes.
"You should start getting used to the sound, Karen, it will do some good you know," Emilia added looking up from her feet to face Karen, who sat up too on her cell bed, recalling what the buzzer was for.
"I should, Emilia, now that I live here," Karen told her sounding a little disheartened, slipping her feet too into her shoes.
"I understand how you feel, Karen," Emilia told her calmly, gazing at her. "I still understand it you know, because I live here too, longer than you have actually," Emilia
