Emilia asked, lifting her head a little off the pillow her head was resting on, on the bed, making everyone in the room turn their gaze on her, except David, who still has his gaze on Karen, heartbroken to hear her talk to him like that. He could sense that he meant nothing to Karen now and he thinks she was right to feel that way about him…
"Emilia?" Karen muttered, turning her gaze away from David Anderson to look at Emilia whose head was still lifted a little off her bed
She slowly sat up on the bed against the nurse's gesture for her to lie back down and slowly walked towards Emilia's bed feeling so eager to see that she was truly awake. "Emilia…" Karen said as she gazed into her eyes, feeling very excited to see her awake.
